The agents from FBC assisted us from beginning to end process. It was a pleasure working and talking to them during the process. There maybe some difficult areas but it all worked out for us.
EUGENE's Tip: The waiting part and proving the paperworks is difficult part of the process but all you got to do is to be patient and hang tight.

First time home buyers
In the stressful process of purchasing a home, Victor Arreola was always a pleasure. Every time we reach out to Mr. Arreola he responded right away. Victor kept us in the loop as to what was going on.Weather there was a issue or not. We can't thank him enough for making the situation less stressful . Up and down are expected during a purchase of a new home, but nothing like when we got close to closing. Victor was a light in the dark. As our loan officer he made the process much smoother, and when we thought We could no longer bear any more Victor would answer our question and bring us some relief. When we recieved form from FBC Mortage Victor would claimly explain them to us. Thanks again Victor for making us feel like family . I would highly recommend Victor and FBC Mortage without a doubt. Matthew McDuffee and his FBC Mortgage team were Great!. They minimized the information requests and all ways got back to us timely with answers to any questions we may have had. Compared to the four other mortgages we have gotten, this one was the easiest.

Follow up!
Our loan process fell through the cracks and FBC did not keep in contact with the builder or vice verse depending upon who you ask. Not only was our closing delayed by maybe as much as a month, interest rates increased during that time causing us to have to pay a higher rate.
Donald's Tip: Follow up, follow up, follow up. Do not rely on the lender or the builder to stay on top of things or keep you informed.
