Smooth sailing!
I had a great experience with my lender, FBC Mortgage. My realtor and the title company even stated at my closing that they haven't seen a loan go that smoothly in a very long time. I was warned that it would be a very painful process however I feel that wasn't the case with FBC. I gave them what they asked for in a timely manner and there were no issues or delays whatsoever. We closed on time and move in next week! I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking for the best mortgage rates or refinancing!

Purchase and refinance
Matt McDuffee made our dream house come true. He was able to work his magic and helped us through the purchase of our home. He provided immediate answers to all our questions and made the entire process smooth as it could be. We were thrilled to get into our new house but unfortunately bothered we had to pay mortgage insurance.
