Simple, Easy, and Straightforward
I have been with FBC mortgage and Matthew McDuffee for 6yrs. When the mortgage rates started moving down Matthew quickly locked me in to a much lower rate and made my Refi simple, easy and straightforward. He and his staff always kept me informed during the Refi process and I was never in doubt as to where we were in the process. I would recommend Matthew and his team to anyone. Whether it is your first mortgage or a Refi, he is the best.

Karen's Tip: Just get the paper work they ask for. I know it gets old and is bothersome but just turn in what is required so that your closing takes place on time.

Overall FBC was very helpful with all the necessities for the loan. They would answer calls on the first time calling or would return calls a short time after. They were able to answer all of my questions plus some. They were very easy to work with and very friendly.

Execellent Service from Start to Finish
I was transferring from Pennsylvania to Florida. Victoria and Emily were on top of everything and did a fantastic job of getting us over the "finish line". I wish our Pennsylvania had gone as smoothly as the Florida transaction. I would most definitely recommend anyone looking to finance a new home purchase to use FBC Mortgage LLC.
Dawn's Tip: Communication and prompt response to requested documentation from your lender is essential. Don't delay in responding to requests, and, if you don't have the information immediately at hand, make sure that you get the information to them as soon as you can.
