Easiest closing ever
Ryan Zacrep and his team made this the easiest closing ever! I am a retired military member and have bought and sold houses throughout my 38 year career. There were always problems and closings were unnecessarily difficult. Not this time! Ryan provided timely information that enabled our decisions. The processing was painless and flawless. Best experience of this kind. I wish I was in the market for another house so I could use Ryan and his team again, but we just closed on this one! I’m keeping them in my contact list for the future! Great Experience Refinancing
If I could give 10 stars, I would. I reached out to Matt when I was looking to refinance. He was very patient with me and luck was on my side because he was able to get me a great rate 2.5% for a 15yr refi at the beginning of March. Everything went smoothly and actually quicker than I expected. I am type of person who needed a lot of hand holding during process and every step of the way was outlined and followed up with an email video of what to expect next. I definitely recommend Matt and FBC with such great service and getting such a great rate. I have not heard of anyone that has beat that quote. No points paid and closing costs rolled into the loan. I brought about 1200 to the table at closing. So much easier than the last 3 mortgages that I took out with Wells Fargo.
Jennifer's Tip: If you have all your financial data and documents at your fingertips then it is a very easy process.

We worked with FBC for a refinance on our current property and a loan for a new construction and they have been extremely efficient, fast, and friendly. I'd like to specifically call out Matthew, Andrew, and Lisa for being very patient and understanding with all of our questions as we worked through each aspect of the loans.
Matthew's Tip: Make sure to have any and all documents you might need ready! Bank statements, investment statements, W2s, tax returns, employment history, etc.
