This is my second mortgage with FBC and I have to tell you that both were so smooth! You never hear that about a mortgage company, right?! Well, Matt Andre and his team are amazing. Hi Matt, I worked with Nick Furbee mostly on my loans. Nick and his team were great. Nick is knowledgable and professional and is easy to talk with. For me being fairly new to establishing multiple loans, Nick listened and was patient with me, answered all my questions in a straight forward manner and made me feel comfortable with the process. He is an asset to your company. Matt Walker was also helpful answering my questions when Nick was away. Tracy Machtolff was not as available to me when I called her to try and get information. She didn't always return my calls. Overall, it was a good experience working with FBC and I will definitely consider your company for any future loans. Thank you.
