The whole team I worked with were very pleasant and kind. I just felt that communication within the team could have been better. There was an error in the amount of the taxes that were due for payment At time of closing and that caused a bit of a mix up

Good Experience
Overall, it was a smooth experience and FBC was up front about how much money would be needed to close. They made it clear to understand all line items and nothing really changed unfavorably at the closing table. I would finance with FBC again.
Darren's Tip: One word of advice for future clients is that many times it was difficult to get through to talk to my my loan officer. I understand there were remote working changes that FBC had due to the pandemic but sending a brief note that my concern was at least acknowledged would have helped re-assure me.
