Great Experience
I recently bought a 1924 home in a historic neighborhood, and Kristin was a phenomenal resource for helping me navigate the rough passage for a home renovation (HUD) loan. Making sure I was timely in getting her information, and supplying me with info I needed as a first-time homebuyer. She was great, and I'll definitely work with FBC again (if I ever buy another house!).

Great Lender
We were first time home buyers with lots of questions and Kristin made the process simple and easy answering all our questions. She got us a great rate. She also offered to help us find insurance providers and help us with any questions after closing. FBC was also a preferred lender with our builder so most of our closing costs paid for. I highly recommend FBC and Kristin!

Kristin was superb as my lender! She always responded quickly to all of my calls/emails. She even corresponded during her vacation! She is very professional and knowledgeable, while remaining caring and trustworthy! She has an excellent staff and they were also eager to help me. It made me feel like I was their only client! FBC was everything we could ask for in a lender, and Kristin was an excellent loan officer! The entire process went smoothly and we were able to close on our house exactly as planned. I would highly recommend this lender and will hopefully be using them again when we purchase our next house!
