She was patient with my husband and I-- we are first-time homeowners and had a lot of questions. She always took the time to explain and re-explain things to me. She was also very personable and kind. Loved working with her and would do it again in a heart beat if I had to!

Kristin was great! The timing for our purchase wasn't perfect -- we weren't going to be able to get our current residence sold in time to close on the new purchase, so she had to be creative in getting us the loan. But she was quickly able to make that work, and now our moving prepping our current house for sale is going to be much more relaxed than it otherwise would have been!

Kristin and her faithful right-hand-woman, Kim, were, above all, efficient and personable. I felt right at home, meaning, I could ask any and all questions at any time and expect prompt, reliable answers. They worked overtime during a crisis event (Hurricane Irma which brought Gainesville to its knees for several days). They delivered in a timely fashion and their collective sense of humor made a difficult transition not only tolerable but fun. The lawyer they recommended (Jose Moreno) was a also a delight. The entire process could have been drudgery but they made it painless. Kudos to all.

We just closed on our dream home with Kristin's help. It has been years since we applied for a mortgage and we forgot a lot of the steps along the way. Kristin was patient with our questions and assisted quickly when issues came up with figures. We were extremely impressed with her response time. When I was responding to her email in the evening after work, she was still logged in and I would have a response back the same evening. She even checked in while she was on vacation. Good customer service makes all the difference in who I do business with and I would definitely work with Kristin again.
