A great refinancing experience
We did a refinance with cashout to reduce some debts and Kristin was great every step of the way. We explored the possibility of selling our home and buying another one as well. Kristin provided us with every possible option that could work for us and patiently went through various numbers and scenarios with us, to decide which option would be best for our family. She was very attentive and informative. A great experience!

Kristen and her team at FBC were simply top notch. Even after giving us the best rate in town, they came through for us at every step on a very difficult closing. In dealing with an auction property and a foreign bank, Kristen kept things moving swiftly often working after hours to get our closing done. Despite all the hurdles we closed in under 4 weeks and closing day was a breeze. We always felt she was on our side, which was extremely important to us as first time home buyers. Can’t imagine anyone better in Gainesville!

Kristin Hawkins was awesome in helping to obtain all the records, statements and documents needed to process our loan. She goes above and beyond what is expected of a loan officer, even being available after office hours. I highly recommend her to anyone that might be in need of a mortgage or loan.
LYNN's Tip: Make sure to have all statements and documents turned in as soon as possible to initiate the process. Be prepared, the government will need to know everything about you.

I enjoyed working with FBC and Kristin Hawkins. Everything was timely and easy to process with online signatures. The process was not overwhelming and my questions were always answered in a timely fashion. At teh closing they even brought us a gift which was a nice touch and made us feel very comfortable.

THE BEST - MOST EFFICIENT FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE - EVER!!!
Kristin Hawkins and her team made our dreams come true!!! After living in our home for eight years, we decided to make significant improvements. These improvements included adding a sunroom and in-ground pool. We also built the largest home cabana/pavilion in Gainesville. Kristin made refinancing our first mortgage and Home Equity Line of Credit EFFORTLESS!! Kristin was very patient and exhibited a level of professionalism that is quite rare in this day and age when everything is done electronically with very little in-person contact. On multiple occasions, I enjoyed meeting with Kristin in her office. Kristin always made me feel welcomed and consistently ensured me that she would provide the best financial product available to our family. As promised, Kristin delivered!!! Thank you, Kristin!!!!

Absolutely a great experience for us! Really!! Kristin & Kim @ FBC, and Lizete from the title company treated us in a very professional, personable and polite manner. Our calls and emails were answered promptly. Explanations were simple not complex. Meeting times were flexible. Closing of loan was under an hour even with all the signatures required. Will highly recommend FBC Mortgage to my friends.
