Freaky Fast
We closed in less than 30 days. That includes having a bank holiday the week of closing and having to push back a few extra days because the sellers weren't done moving out. Kristin told me I'd close quickly and she delivered. Even the real estate agents remarked at closing that they couldn't believe it happened so quickly.

Christian was a very wonderful person to work with. She knew what I needed and take the steps to make it happen. I just wish is a way that other people that are trying to get her houses refinanced their dealing with these most aggravating banks could find out about Kristen and FBC. Kristin made it look so easy and after dealing with five different companies jumping through hoops and months and months of aggravation I feel I have the experience to say they are the best.

After a crisis with another lender that prevented us from closing because of the other lenders error, I was referred to Kristin at FBC and she was amazingly able to start the whole process over again and close us in 10 days! Oustanding Service!
My husband & I were on our house hunt for over a year & 1/2. We had multiple offers on multiple houses, she was there throughout the entire painful process and quick to provide us what we needed in order to try and facilitate a purchase. When we finally had an offer accepted, she walked us through everything that we needed in order to expedite our loan approval. Re-finance Harp Loan for lower interest rate.
The loan was quick and easy. Kristin took care of everything and we are very satisfied with the outcome. There was some paperwork "Freddie Mac" ask for that we thought was very picky... however, we understand the mortgage companies must be more cautious. All in all it was not a bad experience. I would deal with both companies again.
LYNN's Tip: Do you research before starting the process. Have all your paperwork ready when you go into the office the first time.

Professional service, Kristen took my loan application in her office. Everything was explained clearly. FBC provided exactly what they said they would from the first day, which is not always the case. They assisted us in locking in at a decent rate, right before rates increased, and never tried to "bait and switch" like many others our acquaintances have dealt with. Another lender we checked with when comparing gave us a lower rate initially, but on questioning, would not lock in for a few weeks until we had our appraisal, which would have hurt us.
STEVEN's Tip: Not the lowest initial quote, but the most honest. Ask a lot of questions!
