Kevin and everyone at RMC were very helpful and quick to respond on everything through the process of securing the mortgage. The portal for submitting the necessary documents was very easy to use but if I had any questions...they were readily available to help. Everyone was very professional and attentive to help navigate the process.

The process was easy from beginning to end and Kevin Townsend explained everything in detail when I got my numbers for closing. Everything during the transition in closing was quick and easy. I definitely would recommend them.

Amazing Loan Officer
Kevin was amazing to work with!!! He walked us through every step of the way. He was available to us 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We wouldn't have made it through this process without his knowledge and expertise. We will definitely be working with him in the future! We will also send our friends and family to him for their mortgage needs. He is an asset to his RMC Mortgage. Working with Kevin was like working with a great friend! He made the process very easy. It's been over 25 years since we applied for a mortgage. Needless to say, the process was quite different, but with Kevin's help we got through it easily!

Stay Away
I was a first time home owner and was learning the ropes. I am a very intelligent person, but this man made me feel like I wasn’t. I know I didn’t buy a million dollar home, but he never had time to discuss anything and seem like he didn’t care. On the 99th hour we were told because of my husband immigration status pending we could not get our loan. And he had no remorse about the matter. I felt like he gave me a best option that fits with him and not what work best for me. Come to find out my husband status didn’t matter in the case and we were able to dodge a bullet. He also made me feel as if I could only get a FHA loan and that was not the case! We went to another loan provider and was able to close less that 3 weeks.
Monica's Tip: Chose a different lender and make sure to go with someone who make you feel like u matter

Communication was key. Kevin ALWAYS either answered his phone, or immediately returned calls and emails. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. He made it very simple.

Kevin was very helpful as my loan officer. He wasn’t my realtor but acted quickly and always pickup his phone anytime I called him. He helped my resolve a big problem with the builder when they threaten to void my contract. For that I’m very grateful and knew I can always count on him.
LanChi's Tip: Once we were conditional approved. The process took too long. It would’ve been better if it was faster and not final approval on the closing date.

Kevin was to the point and answered questions that I had. What happened towards the end is what stuck out the most - so many issues came up around closing on the builder side, but Kevin and the team advocated for me so that my dream of home ownership could be fulfilled.
