Although a bit nerve racking with rates going higher, Kevin Townsend was as reassuring as could be! He listened to my concerns, took the time to respond in earnest, and was a pleasure to work with. The fact that he is veteran brings a certain level of empathy, or knowledge to the table. Military families always have different levels of stress and housing/buying a home is a major stressor.

I don’t think I have the words to adequately describe how amazing Kevin was to my husband and I throughout our homebuying experience. From beginning to end, Kevin made us feel like he was truly on our side.
