It was all worth it!
We started our loan process in late 2020 for a new build home. We have finally moved in, it was stressful and a few bumps in the road but fbc was there to answer any questions and help us with any questions, we had a first time home buyers! Over all smooth experience.

FBC Mortgage Made Buying My House Easy
From the very beginning of the process, Kelly Taylor's team member, Brady was on it! He was communicative, efficient, positive and always helpful. Brady allowed me to ask all of my questions and he always was responsive. He even answered after hours and this was not expected. I then had the pleasure of working with team members on the insurance side, documentation needed side, and other sides. Every person I worked with was amazing and made every step as easy as possible. Even on the closing side. My closing date was fast, as we had sold our home and FBC was on it and worked so very hard to assure the timeline was met, even when it was outside of the norm. GREAT LENDER/GREAT PEOPLE
I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Taylor's team, more so one on one with Yvette. Actually Yvette is the reason we had hope in getting approved. We attempted one end of 2020 and we needed to work on some credit/DTI issues. She gave us direction and told us not to give up. Circle back around to January 2021, and we got approved and closed on our house this month. Yvette was great in keeping in contact, letting you know what was going on and answering any questions we had! Would definitely recommend FBC to anyone looking for a lender.

Kelly is a superstar! She is so personable, friendly, supportive and real in what she does. Thoughtful with our birthdays, keeping us up to date with the progress of our journey-and we did have to do a little work along the way, but she was there-weekdays and weekends alike.
