Everytime I had a question, even if it seemed silly or little they never made me feel that way. Even though it was over the phone or via email you could tell that they always answered it with a smile! Even the signing agent Edwin was great to deal with as well! MARGARITA's Tip: Communication happens through emails so make sure to be checking your inbox on a regular basis. The company sends instructional emails with short videos on the process, these are helpful if this is your first loan. A loan company works as efficient as you are diligent to get your documents together...don't waste time.

FBC made a difficult process easier.
This is the second time we have used Jennifer and her team at FBC. Both instances have been exceptional. They walked us through the process and explained every step of the way. They were always responsive to our emails and phone calls when we needed clarification. The only hiccup was that they were still asking for documents just a few days before we were scheduled to close which was a bit confusing...but other than that it was smooth sailing. The team at FBC was great! Everyone we worked with was there to help us through the home buying process. We originally were with a different lender before we switched to FBC.
