Everything happens for a reason!
We have spent what seems like forever in searching for a home. We almost gave up and god knows we almost did. Once we found our home God put Jennifer in front of us. Not Impressed With The Underwriter
Overall, the experience of dealing with FBC was excellent, especially the pleasure of working with Tiffany Brooks. However, the underwriter gave the impression that he was very young, very inexperienced and scared to death to make a mistake. This impression was gleaned from the endless litany of idiotic questions which had the effect of making us feel as though we were under personal attack.

When I needed to close in a short amount of time, my own bank couldn’t do it, that’s when I was introduced to FBC and Jeni Pitcher. Jeni and her team were always professional and extremely helpful for a first time home buyer. Jeni and her team were so kind to explain every part of the process and ease my mind. Even though it was not an easy purchase, due to the seller, FBC was ready when I needed to close. I feel very fortunate to have Jeni as my loan officer!
