She never picked up my phone calls but would answer my text messages that i would text as soon as i called and get answer back with in 5 min I obviously had so much to ask things that i didnt understand but had to sign I pretty much searched youtube for everything My realtor was more helpful

Our Loan Experience
Let us begin by saying Jenni Pitcher and assistant Tiffany Brooks were great to work with. Unfortunately the process went downhill after their initial interactions as we proceeded to processing and closing departments. We all are contending with unusual and at times difficult circumstances allowing some understanding, however there is need for improvement in some areas. These improvements are based on our experience. First: Return Calls/Emails requesting clarification of requested documents from Sr. Loan Processors. Upon receipt of some requested documents we immediately placed a call leaving a voicemail to please call for clarification. Three voicemails and an email were ignored that day. We did get an email the next morning stipulating they would be contacting us by noon. We lost an entire day of being able to fulfill the requested information. The clarification took less than 5 minuets. If a Processor is overwhelmed perhaps its possible someone else return a call/email. Second: For the benefit of all, please ask your processors and closing department to double check on receipt of information they have requested. On multiple occasions we were contacted to provide previously requested information that we fulfilled at the initial request. This proves to be a wasted effort of time and creates undo stress for the borrower. We feel this unsuitable use of time was a contributor to a bottle neck effect up to and on the day of closing creating a delay. Hopefully the mention of these issues will prove to be a benefit future borrowers. Even so with the frustrations please know we sincerely appreciate the home loan FBC provided.

The process went smooth with plenty of information being provided to me along the way. I like the videos that you provided as they were helpful. The only thing that pulled this down from a 5 star rating was the processing the day before closing and on the day of closing. I was informed on the day before closing that an UW wanted info on my $33/month payment to Voya, and a one time $25 payment to Merrill Lynch. These are minor amounts and should not be a concern at this point in the process. I explained that Voya is my life insurance policy but I still had to provide docs for both of these at this late point of the process. Then on closing day, the final disclosure was FINALLY sent to me and the Title company. So closing was that night instead of at 11:30 AM. And after being done with the TItle company, we had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for funding to process so that the title company could give us the keys and be done.

As a first time home buyer I heard so many horror stories about the mortgage process, Jennifer made it so easy for us to get through the process, so much so that those having horror stories were jealous! I would definitely recommend Jennifer and the FBC team to anyone looking for a home loan!

The Process
They need to simplify their Process did not take time to explain in details their famous process. Sent too many CD’s that was not the final One that is a total waste of my time they seem to want to work more than needed, they were a day late in providing the CD. They did not have the decency to call me to reassure me when they were late.
Wanda's Tip: First give a directory of all the different Departments and they should minimize having so many Departments so that they can work faster. Stop playing the guessing game with the Consumer and explain clearly to the customer that the processor will ask them for a whole bunch of unnecessary things.
