True Blue and super competent!
I've closed two mortgages with Jeni Pitcher and I would recommend her to anyone! She was patient and understanding of the emotional roller coaster it is to to get a mortgage approval and close on a new house. And she knows her stuff!! I just want to say thanks to Jeni, Tiffany, Joe N., and staff at FBC mortgage. They were absolutely awesome through the process. Closing date had to change multiple times due to issues on my end and FBC was able to keep everything on track. They were also very fast to respond to all inquiries / questions that I had. I highly recommend them.

I found a home I loved, but needed to close within 30 days. I was terrified of the loan process as a first time homeowner, thanks to the ongoing negative media and friends telling that 30 day loans were impossible. I sent my application to Jeni via the FBC website and she called me within an hour! She stated that a 30 day loan would not be a problem but we would need to be diligent with paperwork and communication. She was very true to her word and asked for information in an organized, professional manner. My loan was ready within 25 days and the closing was very smooth and easy. I am a very happy homeowner and I couldn't have done it without her! Highly Recommend!!

FBC Rocks!
My loan was for an investment property which requires an additional downpayment, At first I didn't feel they looked at this transaction as a serious loan because of an error on my credit report, However, once that was cleared up it was smooth sailing. Everyone was as timely as possible in their communication and very gracious. It was just astounding to me how much personal information is now required to purchase property,

Outstanding Serivce
My experience with FBC, Jeni and the entire team was fantasitc from start to finish. We even felt comfortable enough to go on vacation for 2-weeks and arrive back the day before we closed. An issue arose while we were gone and it was handled by the FBC team before we even knew about it. I have referred 2 other people already, and would do so to anyone that I know looking for a loan int he Orlando area. You will not be disappointed.
