I found that before I became a customer Jeni was the consummate professional i.e. professional, precise and expeditious in her responses. Other team members that came on board during the process mirrored her professionalism. Jeni and her team were the only component of this process that I found to be reliable where I didn't feel the need worry about as with some of the other third party companies involved in this transaction. Without a moments hesitation, I would happily recommend her to friends looking for any loan services.

After working 6 1/2 weeks with a NY lender, (only caused unnecessary stress, frustration and at one point, consideration on giving up the dream home), Jeni and her team completed the job in less than 3 weeks. Heard about Jeni and FBC from the sellers realtor at the time. We had just had a bomb dropped on us from our finance people after waiting on them FOR THE LAST 6 WEEKS!! Jeni and the people working with her, Tiffany and Jacqueline cleaned up the MESS that my first finance company had made of this home purchase. KELLY's Tip: As a first time homebuyer, a little more consistent communication would be nice - for a few weeks we heard nothing from them as the loan was in underwriting, but it had us a bit worried as we were moving out of our apartment and had very strict deadlines...god forbid something were to have gone wrong we did not have a plan b.
