When you wait until the last minute, it only takes them a minute to ask for more documentation, right up until the day before closing! expect to jump through your butt the final week before closing, because even if you give than a month, the will wait until the last week and a half to process every thing!
Keye's Tip: I cannot recommend using them. While Carl, Jennifer and Kiel are great and personable, not everyone is! Loan Processor said she had an idea to "help me get some documents" from my online bank account while we were traveling, she wanted my password to access and get the information, then I could change my password!" Uh, NO!

FBC was incredibly helpful to me the entire process. Carl was very knowledgeable and gave me an honest opinion from start to finish. When I found a more competitive offer from a different lender I called FBC and they matched the offer and gave me a better origination fee. I would highly recommend FBC and Carl Hendrix and his team. They were always available to answer my questions, promptly returned my calls, and after closing followed up with me to ensure I had no concerns. I cannot say enough how easy and pleasant they made the whole process.

They had done a very impressive job in processing our loan (don’t be mistaken their periodic silence during the process, rest assured the whole Team is working so hard for you!). Our loan experience was smooth and peaceful--we were able to close and move to our new home as scheduled, for which my entire family was very glad and grateful! (Closing on time is very critical for us.
