Nothing exceedingly bad or good to say
I had used Carl on a previous real estate transaction, so I went with him again. I felt like I had to reach out to him and his team often, to help guide my loan along. I didn't get really any personal connection with him at all, as I mostly communicated with his assistants and processors. I would've given him 4 stars had my loan my loan closed on the Friday I'd specifically asked for all along, vs the Monday after. I usually wouldn't be so specific, but I really tried hard to help in every way I could to get it done on time and I feel like there wasn't any real reason it couldn't have been done. It held up our moving process by a week and everything became rushed. Otherwise, the processor was really helpful and I had a good experience.
Kristin's Tip: Stay on top of them, make sure you're asking constantly if there is anything else you can do to help speed the process, otherwise it may take longer than necessary.

Carl Has a Great Team
Carl and his team have been wonderful to work with & have made the whole process stress free. To start, I originally submitted my info on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, to my surprise Carl reached out to me later that day! Since then Carl and his team have been extremely accessible. They have been in constant contact with us to keep us in the loop and discuss next steps. What is even better is that not once did we have to go in to meet in person, everything was handled electronically - a huge time saver. I can not recommend Carl and FBC enough!

Adam's Tip: I left a few messages for Loni that were replied via email , instead of phone call. To reduce work for both parties, sometimes a phone call is more appropriate. Nothing bad, but something to consider in the future.
