I cannot begin to express how wonderful Carl Hendrix and his assistant Jacqueline have been to me. First and foremost they are absolutely pleasant to work with. They held my hand and calmed every worry I had during my loan process. They never made me feel like I was a bother. They are very attentive to their clients and respond quickly to phone calls and emails. For anyone looking for a home loan I highly recommend Carl and his team.

Carl and team are amazing! We had been turned down three times by other lenders after a short sale, all of them stated that the VA requires a 2 year period after a short sale prior to obtaining another mortgage. Carl did some research showing that the period is actually one year and then he and his team (Jacqueline Vasquez and Jacqueline Rosado) helped us over every hurdle to the goal of closing on our townhome. Communication and service with Carl and team was second to none. Closing was seamless as well. Thank You.

Amazing work!
Carl was such a huge help to me throughout my mortgage application and closing process that I continue to refer friends to him to this day! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, available and kind throughout my whole experience! Whenever I would forget to turn something in, he would patiently remind me to keep things moving along. Whenever I needed to ask my million and one questions, he always picked up my call or quickly returned my email or text. And when it was time to talk about locking my rate, Carl provided thoughtful advice and reassurance while making sure I got the best deal possible. In a nutshell, Carl was amazing - and I am so glad to have had his steady hand to guide me through one of the biggest purchases of my life. And of course, we closed on time and the Closing was silky smooth - I was in and out of the Title company in 30 minutes - amazing!

Highly Recommend
Carl was incredibly efficient and insightful with our lending needs. I closed on a home while living in another state across the country while the team made the process as efficient as they could. Certainly would recommend Carl to family and friends in a heartbeat. The only opportunity for the team is to have more ongoing interaction with the borrower during the underwriting process. There were periods of no communication followed by an email containing a lengthy list of requested items - some of which had already been provided. The entire lending process can be stressful and Carl’s team handled it well but increased updates on the process could help mitigate undue stress for the borrower.
