We closed on time!
Barbara Dini held my hand through the whole process. Everyone told me what a nightmare closing would be and how long it would take and how much money I would have pay out. That was not my experience. I feel like Barb is family. She made it clear from the beginning she would be there to answer any questions, no matter how silly I thought it was. She would text me and give me pointers and heads up because she knew I was super busy with my job and baby. She walked me through obtaining whatever documents I needed and gave me support when I felt like drowning. We closed on time and now I am a homeowner when just a few months ago I thought it would be impossible in my financial situation.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL
I truly do not know what to say about Barbara BUT that she is truly an amazing person! She has always been there for myself and my husband! We came into this as first time home buyers and did not know which way was up and which way was down. She was ALWAYS available during and after business hours! She treated us as if we were part of the FBC family! Over the past month in half we grown a connection that did not feel as a transaction. She kept her word and fought for us. This lady is and will always be a GOD sent to me and my husband. FBC made our dream become reality! There are not enough "thank you's!" in the world that can be said. Barbara you are our FBC angel!!! She dealt with my endless texts/phone calls/emails but most of all my 1,001 questions! Talking to her I felt has if I was talking to a friend! FBC was our second loan company we dealt with in this experience and I would shout it from the roof top to everyone that FBC/Barbara is the way to go!
Freddie's Tip: Have patience! There were many things that were out of FBC's control. You cannot always be mad at the messenger (meaning lender), sometimes its the sender (meaning seller)!

I am a first time home buyer and to be completely honest, i knew nothing about purchasing a home until i met my realtor and lender. They’ve helped me through out the whole process of purchasing my first home. They were genuine people, they helped me understand the ins and outs of the process. They weren’t just trying to sell a house, they were helping me find a home.

Great service!
I had a great experience with FBC Mortgage. I am a first time home buyer and took full advantage of the program for first time home buyers going on during the time I chose to buy. My loan officer Barbara was great. She made sure I fully understood every aspect of the loan I was being approved for. Without much prior knowledge (being as it's my first home) she held my hand through the process which is all I wanted. Before I knew it, it was time to close. No speed bumps made the process easy and painless.
