Customer Service is everything
From day one Barbara has been very patient and kind, was never in a hurry, listening to what I had to say. She made sure I knew what to expect from the process, every step of the way. At no time was I at a lost. Had an answer to every question. And at the end of the process, Barbara called to congratulate me and make sure I was comfortable with the end results. I am always impressed with customer service and I HAVE to give Barbara 5+ stars for customer service.

What a wonderful experiance!
I just want to say that everyone at FBC was just unbelievably great! I felt like my loan was being handled by my friends because that is how they make you feel from the very beginning. I had a lot of questions and Barb answered every single one no matter how silly I thought they were. I heard stories of what a horrible time I was going to have but this was not true at all. Everyone was on my team to get me my home and they succeeded!!
