Joseph's Tip: Research the property taxes for homes you're considering - you'd be surprised how much that makes a difference in your overall monthly payment, and might allow you to buy "above budget" with the list price, if the home is in an area with lower property taxes.

My husband and I are incredibly pleased with working with Amanda during the process of purchasing a new home in Roseville. She bent over backwards to assist us. Amanda is not only very knowledgeable about what she does, but she is willing to think outside the box to find a solution that works for your particular situation and unique set of circumstances. I cannot say this for all lenders. In fact, Amanda had to educate our builder's lender who had to pre-qualify us. The builder’s lender denied us because of her lack of expertise in dealing with small businesses and her unwillingness to think just a little harder. If it wasn't for Amanda and her diligence, we would not even be in a situation to buy the home. Amanda is willing to roll up her sleeves to get the job done. She is hardworking, professional and good at what she does.
