Professional staff that greatly simplified a complicated process. I used FBC for my initial home purchase as well as the refi years later when the rates dropped. We used Scott and FBC Mortgage to refinance our home and could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was explained in full, and in terms that non-mortgage folks will understand.
