Pamela Johnson is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet. Anyone who ever ran into, who talked about her had nothing but good things to say. When closing on my home, she was great with answering questions, managing the loan process, and getting me to the closing table. She worked hard to get me a reasonable rate and no closing costs. Best Loan Officer
Pamela made our mortgage process simple. The gathering documents and submitting information to her was very smooth. As a first time home buyer, Jose had many questions and Pamela was very responsive. Between working full days away from home , and the pandemic, She made it very smoothly. Pamela was very professional and knowledgeable. All emails request were promptly answered. Not the same experience with the title company. They had a notary taking care of the closing and no other person showed up to explain the process. We did not get any professional help at the closing. That was the only bad experience we had during this process. I am very pleased with our experience with Pamela as our loan officer and would recommend her 100% closed eyes.

Seamless Experience with Pamela Johnson
Pamela made my mortgage process seamless. I have heard coworkers and friends complain about their experiences with gathering documents and submitting information to their loan officer, but my experience was very smooth. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions to say the least. Between working full days, one kid distance learning due to the pandemic, and caring for a newborn the best times for me to reach out was in the wee hours of the night. Pamela was so professional, knowledgeable, and prompt that by the time I woke up in the morning my emails were already answered. She even stepped in to answer my questions that involved insurance and when the title company did not respond back to me. I am VERY pleased with my experience with Pamela as my loan officer and would recommend her hands down.

Fbc is the worst I have ever worked with
I have used them twice in a 3 month period and had issues both times. The first time the couldn't schedule and get the only appraisal group they will allow to be used to complete their report before the closing date requiring a rescheduling. On both occasions, even after being asked if anything or documents was needed from the seller they waited until days before closing to ask for documents. Then on the second property they didn't account for 1031 funds until the Saturday before a Monday closing and created a lot of heart ache about wanting to get the earnest money back do to it wasn't needed with all the 1031 exchange funds. Also they payed money to insurance for a property that was never closed on while not paying for insurance on a property that did close. If this doesn't show a complete inability to understand their job or who their client is,I don't know what else to say.
Kirk's Tip: Never use them. For your own sake.
