About a month ago probably around April 15 or 16th I was in contact with Mr. Patrick from Leesburg in a community called Bradford Ridge. I let Mr. Patrick know that you come down with my daughter and look at the area. I did not know the builders re*****tion Maronda homes. Once in the community, I saw the homes that they had and loved the small community. The home that I was shown was called.Carlisle elevation C. The layout was outstanding and fit my family’s needs. Once I was satisfied with the neighborhood and the home now starts the process of getting a mortgage. I did the process with my daughter Ruby. And to be quite honest with you, I was a little apprehensive I did not think or trust that the process would go good. But then I met, and spoke to Miss Pamela Johnson. She made me feel at ease. She was completely courteous, even though at times I may have been a pain. Her staff Sherry was absolutely outstanding every step of the way they held my hand and helped us get this home. To say thank you would never be enough from the first time I registered going through the process getting the documents up to the date of closing. He could not have been more easier and more fulfilling, and to be honest, took a lot of weight off of me. This home is from my family and the people that work with Pamela Johnson and all of you. It made me feel welcome and I welcome all of you to my family. I have some friends from New York, who retired like I did, and I’m willing to come down and check out the area. Unbelievably painless
After trying to buy a home for five years, when I was finally able to buy, I was prepared for it to be a nightmare like you hear most people describe the process. NOT AT ALL! Pam Johnson is a rockstar in the business! She was prompt, responsive, and understanding. For someone who had never made it that far in the process, she was very patient and explained things to me that I just didn't understand. I couldn't have been happier with her throughout the whole process!
Nathaniel's Tip: Search a list of mortgage do's and dont's, follow it, and when in doubt, ASK PAM. Always be forthcoming and honest throughout the entire process. Remember, them asking you lots of questions about your finances, while annoying, is nothing personal about getting into your business.
