My experience with Mark Minadeo was positive until the time of closing came. I did obtain new credit since I was buying a house and needed furniture and apparently this offset my Loan To Value ratio. I was contacted by Mark and his demeanor was a bit apprehensive as well as condescending. From there on every time we would communicate or he would call me his attitude changed. I understand i used new credit, but I am the client and my treatment should be professional. We continued the following week missing the closing date and his staff continuously asking for the same information . Finally i had my husband speak with him and he told us what we needed. Still more questions came the following week AND we feared we would miss our closing date again, after we had switch the movers the utilities and the apartment rents sing off we were in, yet another week which would have hurt us . After paying of 15000 plus in credit cards we finally were on our way to closing, but still more questions came i finally asked him the day of closing if his staff and him communicated , as they kept asking for information I gave them. it is truly upsetting that i was forced to cancel the Marriott Vacation credit card, part of my time share. He was on the phone and just said basically we have no choice the bank ask for this. We of course took it we needed to close. I just feel even though i used some of my credit he could have handle things differently.
Doris's Tip: Make sure you ask every question, and don't take out new credit. And cc yourself all the emails.
