Marci in particular was excellent - efficient, effective, professional. Only thing I would improve is the email correspondence of some staff lacked a clear signatory line which makes some valid communications appear like spam/junk mail.

I had all of my information that I knew would be needed already scanned and available to send. (copies of DL, SS card, Divorce papers, etc.) Also, feel free to ask your lender anything when clarity is needed for the next steps, etc.
