An Exceptional Experience
I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Marci and the FBC staff. I had a pre-approval from FBC when I purchased my Mattamy home, but switched to their lender so I could get a reduction in the closing costs. After 5 months of aggravation and getting the runaround from Mattamy lending, I switched back to FBC and the loan was finalized in less than 6 weeks. Marci was wonderful-always friendly, helpful, responsive, and explained things clearly. I HIGHLY recommend FBC.

I started my prequalify process with Jeffery Sachs. Jeffery was extremely knowledgable and helpful as we looked at multiple properties. Even though it was our third home, we still learned so much in the process. When we decided to go with a brand new inventory home with Meritage, I was discouraged to think we would have to go with the builder financing to receive the incentives and that all the prework was wasted. I as thrilled to learn the while I wouldn't be working with Jeffery anymore, FBC was an approved lender through my builder. We got the best of both worlds - builder incentives + knowledgable mortgage consultants!! Jeffery seamlessly handed over our account to Marci Snyder who was extremely efficient and responsive. Her attention to detail and patience in answering all our questions was truly appreciated. And, behind the scenes, Jeffery continued to stay in touch and monitored the progress of our purchase. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member to Jeffery, Marci, and FBC for their mortgage needs. The above & beyond "can do" attitude was a refreshing change during a inherently tedious and stressful life event.
