Marci and Sarah we absolutely amazing through the entire buying process. E-mails were answered in less than 24 hours, but usually with a few minutes. Phone calls were taken, even after hours. Communication through the entire process was the best of any company I’ve ever worked with in the past.

This was my third home purchase but the first time using a mortgage lender instead of a bank. It was so much easier to get answers and I felt much more involved and comfortable with the purchase having direct access to Marci.
