WORSE HOME LOAN EXPERIENCE
I have had numerous home loans but this was a bad experience. I was very disappointed with the way I was handled. It seemed that when I called for information I was always lost in the shuffle. I felt my lender had poor organization and Poor follow-up! I would send in requested information, then be ask to send in the same information again. I would have to make multiple requests to remind them to check their e-mail. Come to find out it was sitting in their e-mail. Or to find out I sent the requested information previously and they could not find it.

poor service
I was pleased I got the loan however... The response to calls and communication we very poor. It took more than 5 weeks to process the loan and every cutoff date was met on the cutoff dates - no wiggle room/always and emergency.

We were overall very satisfied with the services and rates we were able to acquire through our lender. Good Faith Estimates were exactly on point or slightly lower which worked out for us in the end. Rates were far better than other lenders could provide I verified this.
