Good Mortgage company, no issues!
I had no real issues with FBC Mortgage. It was a bit unfortunate that my mortgage rate ended up being higher than we originally discussed, however, that was due to the fact the builder delayed my home closing date (permit delayed). Even with that, Jeorge and Lori were great in answering my questions, dealing with my constant emails and calls, and everything went smoothly.

Clearly the loan officer and loan processor were at the hands of waiting on the underwriter. The underwriter may have had too many loans in review to meet the demands of the customer. The end result could impact the re-work do to mistakes being made.
KENNETH's Tip: The process was somewhat cumbersome especially from the underwriter. It took an unusual amount of time to work through the questions and requests for documents that seemed to be very unreasonable at times.
