The team assigned to my loan work very diligently to have my loan approved. They, both, the processor Sherry Czwakiel and the Loan Officer Tanya Bonilla worked countless hours to make our family dream come true. They have my loan with a final approval days ahead from the closing date. I have no words to express my gratitude to this team.
Yesmary's Tip: When people apply for a mortgage loan they need understand that to make this work you have to team up with the processor and loan officer. The faster you deliver all the documents to your processor or loan officer, the faster you can get your loan approved. The loan officer and the processor are there to help you, not to sabotage your loan. So, be patient and don't question why are they asking for things.
