When you land a conventional mortgage rate of under 3% you are a happy home buyer. Although this was the fourth home we have purchased, we still appreciated the way FSB kept us informed every step of the way. Sonya and her staff were all incredibly pleasant to work with. 1) the loan officer is like a used car salesperson. 2) the loan processor wanted so much info at least 25% was lost and I had to resend. she gave no guidance just demanded more and more info. 3) sold the mortgage before I even closed. FBC's process was like buying a used car
