Rocky road to this loan as midway through the process there were excessive requests for paperwork and inflexibility on loan terms. Miraculously, when I started shopping other lenders, the terms and flexibility improved significantly. Not sure I’d recommend FBC, but if they’re in a competitive situation, they will work together the loan.
