From the first call to Pam at FBC to ask for help on the steps to qualify for a home loan we knew we were in good hands. Pam walked us through every step and was available anytime we had a questions. She even checked in just to see how everything was going for us and really was a positive force in our home buying experience. I felt comfortable asking for explanations on the process and clarifications on what to expect next. I want to add that we were selling and buying a house at the same time and FBC was able to process our mortgage on a deadline to ensure we could make buying and selling happen on the same day. Their secure website was very easy to use. We would absolutely recommend FBC and Pamela Crowley to anyone looking for a positive lender experience.
