Mike helped us understand what we could do using my VA loan eligibility, locked our rate in when we requested it, and his good faith estimate of closing costs was very close. He helped us organize all of the needed information and certainly gave us the confidence that he would get the loan done for us in the time we had. I would recommend Mike Bedell to anyone seeking a straight talk, no b.s. loan office. He did a great job for us!
