Mike was amazing!
Mike Bedell was always calling me to update me on the process. He was very proactive and was able to close my loan "on time" even though the seller had held up the process for a few weeks. Mike always answered my phone calls and was happy doing so. He knew every answer to my questions and helped me through out the entire process. The Process Exceeded My Hopes
The loan officer always returned my phone calls promptly. Numerous points of contacts and phone numbers were given if necessary. He always was awary of the current status of our loan processing. There was substantial distance between FBC and us but reliable express shipping of materials was always used and was always timely. We liked closing in the comfort of our house yet still being able to contact FBC with questions if necessary.

Mike found the solution for us, even with my past bankruptcy and stayed on top of the whole process, He kept me informed every step of the way and we were able to close within our desired window.

I would like to commend Mike Bedell and his team. Mike made this process so easy and effortless. He was always available to answer questions or offer explanations. He even stayed in touch with us during the time of Hurricane Sandy passing thru our area. I felt that because we were out of state that our loan process could have been difficult, but Mike took care of everything and there was no problems. He was wonderful!
