Marc, Marcos, and Canice Cannales was awesome to work with. Had the opportunity to speak to all of them. It was evident that the team wanted to meet our expectations and have us in our home. Every time we spoke you can tell she was doing everything she can to ensure closing was successful. She was positive and very energetic even though we didn't initially close on time. She knew what our needs were and she was always timely with her communication. Whether it was a phone call or email there was no delay from her.

What a trial!
I have only minor issues with Marcos Rivera and Juan Arias, although they managed to lose or mis-request items on occasion. The real problem was with the nit-picking of the person(s) (unnamed) who had to approve the loan. Some of the material they requested was absurd. Why would anyone be concerned with a $50 balance on a credit card (having paid entire owed amount every month for years!) when evaluating our suitability for a $450,000 loan? The whole process started in August 2018 and did not get completed until 4pm the afternoon before closing at 11 am the next morning! It took so long the credit checks and paperwork had to be resubmitted several times. Why? We were assured several times that our income and credit worthiness was not in question. Sadly, we were practically forced to use FBC by the lender. A $30 K credit towards upgrades was dependent on our choosing FBC or one of two other mortgage companies. The builder did not tell us about the other companies until we complained about FBC more than two months into the mortgage process.
