Krista has been our mortgage agent for several mortgages now and she is excellent at her job and answering our questions.FBC has grown and gotten quite large. Marketing and videos they send are a waste of time and assume this is first time mortgage process. Hoping that FBC keeps my mortgage this time and doesn't sell us to another lender.Krista and Emily both get 5 stars and if not for krista, we would have taken our business elsewhere.

Krista was my 5th option for selecting a loan company. The reason I went with FBC was that Krista wasted no time when I call her to introduce myself.
