This is the second home Krista has assisted us with in terms of lending options for our home. She has always been a sincere pleasure to work with and is extremely knowledgable additionally, she is fast! This second home we went to two different sources for funding. Krista and her team were such a huge blessing in our home buying process. She was so patient with us and was always there to answer our questions. Krista was amazing!! I had been working with a different loan person and bank but there were being unresponsive. I needed some information quickly so I could decide to make an offer or not. Not only did Krista call me quickly, but it was on a Sunday evening! She was very knowledgable, eager to help me, quick, thourogh, personable, everything you would want and more! She was also able to get an earlier closing date for me which was amazing!! Everyone I worked with, Ellen and Crista, were wonderful. I greatly appreciate ALL of their help getting me to an early close. Most people say they dread the finance part of buying a house. I would love to do it again just to work with Krista! I have already recommended her to a good friend of mine!

Ms. Allred was very helpful. I don't feel there was a lot of follow-up once the loan process started and there was definitely confusion on the closing day. I closed on December 17, 2012 and am still waiting for copies of all signed paperwork.
Jennifer's Tip: Call every couple days for follow-up on your own and to see what else they need or are waiting on.
