I contacted Keith and his team in a rush because we had unexpectedly sold our home very quickly. Because of this, I had not had time to adequately financially prepare for buying a new home. My credit was below average, and I own my own business. Between all these things, I think I threw Keith every curve I could, and he still knocked it out of the park. I will be recommending his team to everyone I know.

The "Bice" Advice!
My wife and I love working with Keith at FBC Mortgage and have now used him through buying two properties over the past 5 years. Both times we have been told by others throughout the closing process how amazed they are at how smooth everything goes. Everything is always clear on what information is needed, when it is required, and the do's and don'ts are spelled out as good reminders along the way. It seems odd to be so relaxed through the home buying process, but my advice to others will be to give FBC Mortgage a call and sit back, relax, and be comforted in knowing these folks are working hard for you!
