Overall, it was a very smooth transaction. After signing at the title company, everything was correct and funded within an hour thanks to her.

Brooke was great! She helped us navigate every step of the loan process with expertise and professionalism. She understood that this was our first experience applying for a mortgage, which was an FHA 203K loan, and she demonstrated great patience and kindness while dealing with our inexperience. My husband I purchased our first home this year and Brooke Breaux was our lender. She was kind and friendly and walked us through every step of the loan process. She never made us feel stupid and always had time to answer all of our questions/concerns. And when challenges arose, she was on top of it every step of the way. I was very impressed by her tenacity and unwillingness to accept no for an answer. She really went to bat for us and we were so grateful to have her on our team!
