She led us through the difficult loan process quickly and smoothly. She answered and resolved all of our questions and concerns. She always answered our calls or emails. We were so impressed with how she maintained professionalism and loyalty to her clients. Always pleasant to deal with. For us she was a Godsend. I also have to mention Elaine and Stephanie from her team because they are super efficient and truly skillful at their jobs, literally shortening long waits to closing. Ana Maria is the only person I will ever use... period. The true definition of a experienced professional. This process of a home loan is often characterized as a very difficult and overwhelming one. So many questions and jargon that most of us don’t understand. Ana Maria removes the confusion by doing an excellent job at communicating exactly what is happening during every step of the process. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Ana Maria to anyone. She is the example that the mortgage industry should follow.
