We closed on our Florida property utilizing FBC and Ana Maria Stevens on 4/19 and used the same team to refinance our property March, 2020. Ana Maria made both processes extremely easy and seamless. The refinancing that just closed 3/26/20, couldn’t come at worse time with COVID-19 turning everyone’s world upside down, but Ana Maria did a fantastic keeping the lines of communication open between all services involved. We closed without any issues, remotely in Iowa without ever feeling stressed or concerned it was not going to completed in a timely fashion. Thank you Ana Maria and your team.

As a home buyer from out of state the expectations were unknown. Did we have to fly back and forth from CO to FL? Is the process the same if one is present? Can a closing take place remotely? From the start Ana Maria explained the process and put my husband and I at ease. The short videos emailed at every critical step explained virtually everything including do's and don'ts and tips; they were professionally developed and demonstrated the care in which we should expect. Ana Maria answered all of our questions timely and there was surely a sense of urgency given that we had a very tight deadline to close due to being remote. Ana Maria and her team were able to accelerate our closing by over a week and my husband and I didn't have to take additional time from work to make yet another trip to FL. The FBC team was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional; I highly recommend them.
