Superior Service
Ana Maria Tcherassi-Stark delivers superior service with prompt responses and is extremely through. She has my best interest in mind by recognizing I qualified for the VA loan and secured a loan for me a 30 yr fixed at 4% with no money down. Previous loan officers I’ve worked with always avoided handling VA loans because it was unfamiliar and time consuming. Also, Ana Maria is honest and did not try to skim off the top by adding a few points to the interest rate. I was impressed with her care and attention to my loan. It was especially complicated because there were a lot of barriers to address. I had to work with the United States Marine Corps to get proof of eligibility of service, in addition to challenges with the Sellers with inspection delays, undisclosed information which made us walk away from the home (which we came to a solution for) and even communication delays for setting up a closing date. Due to the Seller's mishandling of information, Ana Maria and loan processer had to scramble to work 10-13 hour days to meet the close date. Ana Maria elegantly handled the difficulties and lessened my burden. She also processed the loans with the same care given to a family member. I highly recommend Ana Maria Tcherassi-Stark.

This experience was very normal due to the efforts of my loan officer. She remained zealous and provided all the feed back necessary to make the application process as simple as possible. All my phone calls were returned in a timely fashion and she addressed all my concerns. She was always available and provided options for my course of action. We have had two other homes, both new builds in the State of Florida. At the time we were considered Foreign Nationals and we did not have US Social Security Numbers, we worked on board cruise ships, we had steady income and the mortgage process at the time was not too difficult. When we wanted to buy in the Tampa area we had been off the ships for 3 years, husband had been working at his work for one year on tip based employment and wife, self employed for 3 years. No one could help us. Even though our credit was very high. We understood it was not an easy situation, but Ana Maria was willing to take on the challenge and guided us through the whole process. We followed all the instructions and collected and passed on all information requested in a timely manner. In the end we got our mortgage and our house. Thanks to Ana Maria for going the extra mile.
