We started this process excited but that quickly turned due to no communication. We only found out what was happening if we started calling but even then it was rare to ever get a call back or any kind of response the same day.

Excellent service and very timely
This was my first refi and it went very smooth. From the first conversation I had with Amanda to the day the loan funded it took exactly 30 days. She answered all of my initial questions and did a great job following up with any updates throughout the process. She responded to all of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. Overall, I’m glad I had the opportunity to work with Amanda for my first refi and I will be in contact with her for any future lending needs.
