Amanda was unprofessional, immature, and irresponsible. She never returned phone calls. She never was accountable to errors she made; that we are still trying to fix. She only made my first time buying experience absolutely disastrous. I had to call realtors that knew her personally, and request they get her to call me back. We were given the details of closing from the lender and the notary, not from Amanda. She doesn’t care about her clients, or their basic need of open communication. If I could give negative stars, I would.
