I must start by saying. I have never ever seen someone work so hard to meet the costumer needs than FBC Mortgage. Even though there are many people behind the curtains that work hard to make it happen, I need to mention the two ladies that went the extra mile to make it happen. Mrs. Veronica Francona and Diane Ostrander. These two ladies did what no one else had done before. They really rescued me when I thought I was done, my deal was almost in the shredder, and they burn some midnight oil to make it happen. Please give them a promotion a bonus or something, they deserve it.
